Can we just be real?  Marriage is hard sometimes.  And there's no shame in that.  We are here to help you navigate the hard times, and we have found that understanding the language of the heart changes everything. 

WHERE DO WE START you ask?

STEP ONE

​Attend THOTM Foundations Workshop together. 

​

This will help the two of you learn about the core parts of your heart. Did you know it's possible for a part of your heart to not even like each other? YES, I know that sounds crazy, but it's true. 

STEP TWO

Attend THOTM Advanced Workshop together. 

 

T​his workshop will go into depth about other parts of your heart and you will learn how this can complicate your relationship with your spouse. Pain never goes away, it has to be healed, and unhealed pain leaks.  

STEP THREE
